1. Agreement

By accessing or using Obrillia, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Obrillia is provided by KaizenLabs.

2. The service

Obrillia provides educational content, practice tools, and optional AI-assisted generation for learners and parents. Features may change, improve, or be removed as the product evolves.

3. Eligibility and parental responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of Obrillia, configuring privacy settings, and deciding whether optional online features are appropriate. You must provide accurate information when configuring the app and comply with applicable laws in your region.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Obrillia for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to bypass safety controls or access restricted areas without authorisation
• Upload material you do not have the right to use
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service

5. User content

If you upload books, prompts, or other materials, you confirm you have the rights to do so. You remain responsible for the content you provide. Processing of uploaded files depends on file type and feature: pasted text and EPUB import can run in the browser, while PDF import uses Obrillia's server-side parser, and optional provider features may send data elsewhere when enabled.

6. Intellectual property

Obrillia, its branding, software, and original learning content are owned by KaizenLabs or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for lawful learning purposes. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

7. AI-generated content

Some outputs may be generated automatically. Generated content is provided for educational support only. It may contain errors and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, or exam-guarantee advice. Always verify important information with qualified sources.

8. Disclaimer

Obrillia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KaizenLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Obrillia. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use a free version.

10. Termination

You may stop using Obrillia at any time. We may suspend or discontinue access if these terms are violated or if necessary to protect users or the service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
